How To send a recurring email for users after flow approval status is approved

Hello 

I have a requirement where after the approval process is finished and the status of approval is approved, send a reminder email for users to fill the request form and to keep sending the email until the form values are filled. The form is on power app and the data is stored in SharePoint. I try to use send email in the flow after the confirmation email but I could not figure out how to check the value are empty and how to configure the email so that it will be send after 45 days of the service end date. the service end date is part of the request form .

 I am new to power app. I will appreciate the help.
