How can I get support meanings on Connectors? ie.. what if there is a bug on a critical connector?

Hi,

 

If i use one of the standard or premium connectors, are they supported? If so, what does that mean? Can I create tickets and get a response? An example might be that Salesforce adds a new API or new function, how can I get that going? What about something not working?
