How can I populate a dropdown with this data?

DemandFamilys is the variable that holds this table, I would like to populate a dropdown with all the records. 

I have been banging my head against the wall >.< how can I achieve this?

You just need to set the 'Items' property for your dropdown. Eg: DemandFamilys.cr2s_familyname.
