How can I put a gallery into a new screen in powerapps?

To protect the security of our clients of my business, I am trying to put the gallery (of my collection) into a different screen. Is there way/how do I do that?

Hi @Anonymous,

You just add another gallery to a different screen with the same or different Items property based on who is using the app.  You could have a Dashboard screen with buttons to Navigate to different screens as the first screen in your app. You could control whether a button was visible (or disabled) based upon the identity of the user determined by the User().Email function.

Hi @Anonymous,

Could you please share a bit more about your scenario?

Do you want to put/copy an existing Gallery into another screen within your app?

If you want to put an existing Gallery into another screen within your app, I think the "Copy" option and "Paste" option within the left Tree View part in your PowerApps Studio for web could achieve your needs.

Please check the attached GIF screenshot for more details:

So screen 1 has the form I want to use, and then I want the data displayed on screen 2 if that makes sense.
