How did I do this?

Yeah, I know...this is a dumb question, but if anyone can help me out!?

So, I've created a Flow that calls and returns data from a SQL StoredProcedure.

I've got it running in one of my apps nicely and want to migrate it to another.  However, somehow, I've managed to add it as a datasource in my first app, but have no idea now what i did?

I think I need to reproduce this in my seconds app, as the command doesn't work...but I can't see how I achieved this?!

Help!?
