How do I display a specific column if I know the ID of a row?

HI,

We got an app that lists SharePoint list entries, when you click an entry we'd like it to display data related to such said entry, we are not sure how to do this. Any help is appreciated!

(I'm not sure how we can call upon the ID of the entry we are viewing so if you can answer that as well, bonus points!).
