I'm looking to be able to submit a questionnaire/form using PowerApps to send part 1 to an end user to complete and send back to populate a SharePoint list. This would then be manually reviewed before part 2 is triggered to the end user to complete and send back. Ideally I want the data to populate the same row in the SharePoint list.
How do I link part 2 to the previously submitted part 1?
It is a long assessment, which has been split into two parts and part 1 would dictate whether it would have the go ahead or not (to send or not to send part 2)

One way would be to have a single form but to condition the visibility of the cards in the form to a field that depends on the whether the data has been manually reviewed.

Currently, I've got 6 screens for part 1 which I've patched together to update the list. The second part is about 10 screens in total, which is patched and ready - I just can't figure out how to link it to part 1. I will have an ID column which will be unique for each row so I don't know if I can use that in any way?
