How do you transfer app to another developer

I've completed a PowerApps application that writes to and updates a SharePoint list.  I need to be able to re-assign to another developer in my department for ongoing maintenance and development. Is there an easy way to do this?

Thanks

Export the app, delete and import with the new user.

Or a bit easier, give the user Co-ownership access, let him open the app and use the "Save as..." function from file to save as a new app.

(If you are familiar with powershell, there are also commands for a change there: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Administering-PowerApps/Change-App-Owner/td-p/160155)
