How i can reset the value inside a Date field + inside Yes/No field based on a dropdown selection

I have 3 columns inside my Canvase form:-

1) Request Type >> Drop-down

2) Immediate Access Removal >> Yes/No

3) Last Day work >> date

now i want the values of the "Immediate Access Removal" to be set to false + the value of the "Last day work" in-case the selection inside the Request Type does not equal "Removal of Employee".. so i tried the below formulas but they will not reset the values:-

 any advice?

Toggle control Default property to

If(DataCardValue38.Selected.Value ="Removal of Employee", false, ThisItem.'Immediate Access Removal')

Date DefaultDate to

If(DataCardValue38.Selected.Value ="Removal of Employee", Blank(), ThisItem.'Last Day Work')

HI @johnjohn123

I retested this functionality

If(DataCardValue38.Selected.Value = "Removal of Employee", false, Parent.Default)

In this case Parent.Default is true but changing based on Selection
