Hi @Sachi08

The maximum run time of a Power Automate Flow is 30 days. This is the max amount of time your flow will run, despite everything else (approvals, for example).

Hope this helped you

What is the 5000 iterations then? when i put 5mins in delay function, then per day will it check 5*12*24=288 times and will be run for 5000/288=17 days?

@Sachi08 5000 iterations means than your Do Until action will iterate 5000 times at most, if there is not anything that makes the flow continue. You must have in mind that that estimated time is added to the general flow run duration, and normally approvals are slow because the human factor.

thank you for your support. Please confirm my calculation is correct or not in previous chat

Your calculation is correct, but I have something to add. Your Do Until action will last 17 as max without adding the time that the actions inside take. You have a 'Get Items' action inside. This action could last seconds or minutes, depending on how many items you have inside that action. The same applies to every action inside the Do Until.

I recommend you to Test your flow. There will show how many time every iteration lasted, with your 5 seconds delay per iteration included. Then you could have a better idea of how it will work in reality.

Attached is a picture where you can locate the information. I have implemented a process where I allocate 5 minutes for each delay function and i have 6 do until function in my whole flow and will each "Do until" continue till 17 days.
