How to Build a Job Cost Category Table in Model Driven App

I'm utilizing PowerApps to expand on Microsoft Project on the Web capabilities and create a project mgmt model driven app for my organization.  How do I create a job cost category table with headers, totals, parent/child categories. Example below:

 

CONSTRUCTION COST  (Header)

 

SOFT COST  (Parent Category)

  Architectural                   $100 (Child Category)

  Structural Engineering    $300

     SOFT COST TOTAL       $400 (Subtotal)

HARD COST  (Parent Category)

  Concrete                        $250 (Child Category)

  Demolition                    $250

     HARD COST TOTAL    $500 (Subtotal)

 

TOTAL COST                  $900 (Grand Total)
