How to Collect the seleted items and update in different fileds/Column of SharepointList

Hi All,

@WarrenBelz @eka24

I have come across something as I'm stuck since while I would like to get expert advice.

The scenario here is,

i have created a combo box, i collected the items and i m updating to share point list. the thing im stuck in this now is, all the records are updated in one column whereas I want them to be updated in the different columns.

Do you have any solutions to this, if there is any idea or solutions how will I be doing this using the power app Datacard?

Please see screenshotsSharepoint ListSharepoint ListPower apps data CardPower apps data Card for more details:

show your formula. are you using patch or submitForm on the save button

Please the formula which i have used on the text box which above my combox,

I have used it on default:

If(Form2.Mode = FormMode.View, Parent.Default, Concat(DataCardValue43.SelectedItems, Concatenate(Value, " , ")))

and then im just using the submit form property as i im using the sharepoint connected data in my power apps all over.

i.e onSelect even of save button:

SubmitForm(Form2); ResetForm(Form2) ;

this is what i have done so far .

Where is DataCardValue43, is it the first one in the picture or the combobox. If it refers to the second datacardvalue on the screen then you did enter anything in the first. Also is the result you are seeing OK for you always least for the one that appears in the datasource

hi @eka24

The DataCardvalue43 refers to the selected items of the combobox.

Also in details:

The Title is DataCardTexbox:

Annd Default value on TextInput is:

If(Form2.Mode = FormMode.View, Parent.Default, Concat(DataCardValue43.SelectedItems, Concatenate(Value, " , ")))

Combobox in Another DataCard: I.e DataCard43.

This is only the two things i have done, and

Save button,

Which has the function of SubmitForm(Form2);

Rest is just normal as the Edit form properties are created when i connect to SharePoint data source.
