How to Get the output as excel?

I am new to power apps, My inputs are few numbers(Date, values). I have one source data excel which already updated with calculations. I need to give input to this excel and get the output as updated excel. How can i get it? Kindly help me on the basic steps

You can use PCF to export your data as excel. Here's the tool: Export to Excel

Hi @Sivakumar11777 ,

 

Could you please share more details about your scenario? Are you using an Excel table as data source for the App? What controls (UI) have you used for the App? You'd better provide some screenshots for better understanding.

 

Further more, functions for Excel cells are not necessary, which will make the data source much more difficult to interact with. You can input values for the Excel table in PowerApps, calculate in the App as well and see the result in that table directly, just the same as using SQL tables as the data source.

Hi Jefferni, 

Thank for your response.

Let me explain a littile bit on a problem. We are creating the reports weekly once. For that reference template which already they have made the calculations and formulas already. I used to update the failures count there. It will automatically get updated to the other respective fields. Here my question , i have that reference excel, the field which i have to modify, i am thinking to give as input, that should automatically updated to excel,which based on that calculation shoul made and give the final result as updated excel, So that i can repeat this process vice versa for every week.Below is part of sample data:

 There if i push the failure data , other data's should get automatically filled.. Few formulas already made in excel
