How to Save Images to SharePoint Online List from PowerApps?

I am trying to create an app that would allow me to write to a SharePoint online Custom List. Does PowerApps currently support this? I have seen a few videos on doing this to dropbox or one drive but nothing on a Custom List.

https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/itmanagement/en-US/8855e147-3296-4a5e-9b6f-ca02d234ee31/...

This is pretty close to what I would like to ultimately have but dont think they ever mention anything but excel tables.

Thanks for any help!

Bad news: We don't currently support this, Images/Pictures for SharePoint are currently supported as read-only.

Good news: We know this is a gap, we are working to support this and this is coming soon.

I will make sure to reply back to this thread once we have added this functionality.

Can images be saved to excel file in onedrive?

Hi Jingjing,

Images can be saved to Excel file in OneDrive, this article about “How to save images in an Excel file, and then add these images to your app” could be a reference for you:

Given that post is from May, is there any update? Taking a picture with a camera, annotate something and store that in SharePoint would be a quite nice mobile scenario

Any update on this feature being available?

A requirement landed with me today that would be a great use case for PowerApps capturing data into SharePoint Online, however, we need the ability to capture photos and pen input which are not currently supported.

I am waiting for a long time on this feature any news ?

It has been a year since this reply.  Any progress from Microsoft??? Would really like to use the camera function and save a picture to a sharepoint list using powerapps.
