How to Send As others e-mail in Outlook 365?

There's an option to "Send As" or "Send On Behalf" in Outlook 365 - Send An Email (V2), but whenever I entered someone else's e-mail, it still sends as my e-mail. How do I overcome this problem? Is it because their e-mail wasn't given the permission to send as?

That is likely the case, although it should probably fail/show an error.

Presumably, this is a Flow?

How are you invoking the Flow?

Can you confirm the runs to ensure that you are in-fact, passing a value into that field that is not your own email?

As you can see in the hint text, the action requires that the mailbox owner has given you permissions to do so. Is this the case with whatever send-as you are using?

Thanks for the reply. This is my current flow:

After I've run the test, this message is shown which means it should be correct (e-mail used is not my own as well) ?

As for the mailbox permission, any idea how do I enable it for that mailbox?

Is this correct?

Not sure if that is a legitimate top-level-domain (TLD).

Is that a dynamic value, or is it hard-coded in the Flow?

E-mail should be correct, but anyways today when I tried again, finally an error shows up:
