How to Stop Static Label Control From Scrolling inside App Screen

Hello All - I have a release which is due today and i'm having a lot of trouble with a label control which i've added to my form.  When I run the app and scroll down the form with my mouse, the label scroll with it.  I'm completely confused as to how to stop this behavior.  I've read many posts, watched videos, nothing seems to explain it very well.  I get that this is probably easy, but i'm really stuck here.

Can someone help?

Are you saying the label moves on the screen along with the scrolling of the form? If so, it sounds like the label is part of the form when you did not want that, or vice-versa. Check your Tree View to see where this label control sits in your control hierarchy.

hi @AveStuart

is this what you seek?

So how would I change that?  I've tried adding the control under different sections and it still doesn't change.

I just...have to be honest here, I absolutely hate PowerApps.  I don't find it intuitive at all and it's buggy.  Whenever I make changes and publish, sometimes my changes revert back to their previous state.  Just an awful product.
