Hi @Rg4963

If the PowerApp is a SharePoint list form customized PowerApp then it would automatically do that for you

If this is a standalone canvas app, then inorder for user to get redirected to SP list once data is posted, you will need to call the launch function in PowerApp and redirect the user

Re: How to add powerapps form to the sharepoint site

If you go to the List in the SharePoint site you will see a PowerApps menu.  From there you can pick Customize Form.  That will create an Integrated Form for use in that list as a replacement for the regular forms.  Other than that there is no way to take an existing PowerApp and have it load in the context of the List in SharePoint.

Hi @Rg4963

In that case you would have to setup item level security

I don't want anybody to have access to read information that was submitted in the list only a few.

Re: How to add powerapps form to the sharepoint site

Accessing SharePoint information from a PowerApp is as easy as setting up a connector to the list.  But if you want the App form to display in the context of the list it has to be an integrated form.  YOu can take a regular PowerApp and embed it on a modern page using a web part, but again that isn't in the context of the list.

As @RezaDorrani said, you can modify the list settings so that regular users only see the items they created.  Otherwise you need to use an HTTP rest call to modify the permissions on each individual item so that only certain people can set it.  PowerApps doesn't provide a security layer for SharePoint.  To interact with a SharePoint list user's must have permission to the list itself.  There are various ways to get around that, but all are workarounds.  Its just not the way the system is designed.
