What are the steps for setting up to allow a user to upload files as an attachment to the Attachment field that exist in a SharePoint

The most straight-forward way would be to use an Attachment data card in a form that's connected to the list.

Thanks! I had shrunk the Height of the Attachments card which hid the ability to visually see where you could click to upload a file.
