How to change textbox control into slider in data card of edit form control?

Hello,

How can I change the control in Edit form data card ? I have done that earlier, however now I do not see the same option anymore in the form - any clue ?

Alright, so it worked out, once I removed existing data card and then added the same field again, I was able to change the control!
