How to create Dynamic Column in Sharepoint

Hi All,

I  have created a List in SharePoint, and now I  want to create a Column which should be dynamic; which means let say I want to know the Status of Emp Leave Request  which should contain  [Approved, Pending, Rejected]. I am using the power automate for the flows.

Is there any possibility that I can create a column which should tell the status of the EMP Dynamically.

Thanks and Regards,

Siva

Hi @stadi ,

I‘m a little confused with your requirement.

The change of status is definitely based on the result of the approval of the leave Request, so it should be possible to change the status of the leave request together with the Approve or Reject Action to Request whatever through MS flow or PowerApps, which satisfies the dynamic change you want, right?

So How to execute Approve or Reject Action to Request in your scenario?

Sik
