How to create a sticky (fixed) header in responsive design?

Hi there,

I'm currently working on a responsive design. By default, the app is displayed in the desktop view (over 1000px), for example. If the screen falls below a certain limit, say 500px, the containers break and are displayed one below the other.

But is it somehow possible to always pin the header (with menu)? This is known to be the case with common apps/websites, when the head area keeps moving the further you scroll down in the app. How do you implement something like this in Power Apps?

Regards
