Hi @pradeep_2161 ,

Do you want to disable the "Phone" and "Tablet" layout within the Custom Control panel?

Further, do you want to force using the "Web" option, and could not enable the other two options?

If you want to disable the "Phone" and "Tablet" layout within the Custom Control panel, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs. The "Web", "Phone" and "Tablet" are default layout option for Custom control in Model-Driven app forms, currently, there is no way to disable the "Phone" and "Tablet" Layout option for custom control.

If you would like this feature to be added, please consider submit an idea to PowerApps Ideas Forum:

Actually, if you do not select the "Phone" and "Tablet" Layout option for your custom control, your custom control would not be applied to the "Phone" and "Tablet" Layout.

In other words, according to the screenshot that you mentioned, when your Model-Driven app form is in "Phone" or "Tablet" layout, the corresponding field would be decorated as a Read-Only Grid (default) control rather than your custom PCF control. Only when your Model-Driven app form is in "Web" layout, the corresponding field would be decorated as your custom PCF control.
