How to display values in one list box which are not present in other listbox based on Same field Value

In a screen I am two Listbox as Listbox1 and Listbox2.

In Listbox1 Items property : Sort(Filter('[dbo].[TEST_TASK_MAP_VIEW]', TEST_ID = Gallery1.Selected.TEST_ID), TASK_NUM, Ascending) and the Items in Listbox1 is getting according to this formula.

Here Listbox1 is in Disable Mode.

In Listbox2 Items property : Sort(Filter('[dbo].[TASK_DATA]', PROJECT_ID = Gallery1.Selected.PROJECT_ID), TASK_NUM, Ascending) and the Items in Listbox2 is getting according to this formula.

Here Listbox2 is Multiple Selection.

Now, I need to add another condition for Listbox2 Items property that is : Sort(Filter('[dbo].[TASK_DATA]', PROJECT_ID = Gallery1.Selected.PROJECT_ID && TASK_NUM NOT IN Listbox1.Values), TASK_NUM, Ascending)

Can anyone help me how to acheive the second condition for Listbox2 in Powerapps

You'll just need to use the Not() function along with the "in" argument. Here is an example

Filter(DropDownSample,Not(Value in "2"))

In Listbox1 Items Property : Sort(Filter('[dbo].[TASK_DATA]', PROJECT_ID = Gallery1.Selected.PROJECT_ID && Not(TASK_NUM in ListBox2)), TASK_NUM, Ascending)

For the above formula I am getting delegation warning like "The Highlighted part of this formula might not work correctly on large data sets"

Can anyone help me how to solve the above error in powerapps.
