How to get started with powerapps - Can i import existing apps into my tenant?

Hi All,
I would like to start by importing this starter kit  https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/powerapps-employee-experience-starter-kit/

into my environment and start from there but when i try to import it i'm getting an error :-
Something went wrong. Please try again later.
Import canvas app created outside of a solution into this environment. Apps created in a solution can be imported under Solutions.

Can i use this or where can i find a starter kit to use?

Thanks in Advance

Hi @naijacoder1 ,

From what I can see from the error message, it points that the package needs to be imported under the Solutions Tab, as seen in the bellow picture:

This tab can be found in the https://make.powerapps.com/ URL.

When Importing, do make sure that you are importing the correct file. When you first download the starter kit you will have the employeeapps.zip file, which you should extract and then select the desired solution to install.

You can follow the rest of the guideline in https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/powerapps-employee-experience-starter-kit/ to help you move forward in the installation of the Solutions.

Let me know if this answer has helped you move forward. 🙂
