How to get the Assignee and department head in power apps

The SharePoint List (Approval Form) Column Assigned To is a lookup Column and It is linked to Department Name of another List  where Name of the Assignee and email are there. This department name head is linked  to another list (There is no lookup column only department names are same in both these list).  How to get the Assignee and department head in power apps when user select the Assigned to dropdown which is linked to lookup column ?

Hi @Sajith ,

I did a test for you.

1\ This is my list 'Approval Form'. 'Assigned To' is a lookup Column. Its related column is 'Assignee' column in LIST117.

2\ This is my list LIST117. 'Assignee' and 'department name head' are Text columns.

3\ This is my list LIST118. 'department name head' and  'department name' are Text columns.

4\ Add a dropdown control 'Dropdown1' and set its Items property to:

AddColumns('Approval Form',"Test",ThisRecord.'Assigned To'.Value)

5\ Add a label control and set its Text property to:

Dropdown1.Selected.'Assigned To'.Value

Add a label control and set its Text property to:

LookUp(LIST117,Assignee=Dropdown1.Selected.'Assigned To'.Value).'department name head'

Add a label control and set its Text property to:

LookUp(LIST118,'department name head'=LookUp(LIST117,Assignee=Dropdown1.Selected.'Assigned To'.Value).'department name head').'department name'

6\ The result is as follows:

If my post helps, then please consider Accept it as the solution to help others. Thanks.

Thanks a lot for your help. The control is not dropdown and it is data card (Combo box).

How we can insert these label values in the list  onSelect of the Submit Button. Because  SubmitForm(FormName) will submit only data card values.
