How to give Dataverse Table ownership to others

Hi,

I have created dataverse table multiple choices columns. I am trying to setup default values for choices columns in canvas powerapps using below function but somehow it is not working.

If(EditForm1.Mode = FormMode.New,{ Value: "Morning" },Parent.Default)

Can anyone help me out to resolve the issue?

And my second question is, how to make team member as co-owner for a table?

What are the differences between Choices vs Choice column in dataverse?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @aaedla

Set DefaultSeelectedItems by using Parent.Default and use CHoice field like

If(!IsBlank(Parent.Default), Parent.Default,{Value:'choicecolumn'.Morning})

Example

Choice - Single Selection

Choices - Multi-selection

For Dataverse, Table permission is based on security. Assign table security to the role your co-worker belongs to.
