How to import .msapp file?

Hello,

I was reading the blog post here: https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/ux-patterns-expander-control-with-expand-collapse-animati...

and he included an .msapp file so we could preview the app and test it out, however I am unable to import an .msapp and converting to a .zip did not resolve it.

Is there something I'm missing?

Thank you! I was in the Powerapps homepage/admin area, I needed to click " + Create an app" to get to the Open > browse portion I was missing.

Appreciate it very much!

Eric
