How to indicate saved form in multiscreen application

I have a multiscreen application which every form should submit when form is filled. How can I indicate saved form so, that it keeps its information (already saved) when user opens application again?

I would like to have a list screen which shows which form is saved or not.

Hi @Keijo ,

Could you please share more details about your scenario? Which data source are you using for the App? Are those Forms having same data source in their Item property?

Hi v-jefferni and Thanks for your reply.

My Datasource is SharePoint list for all Forms. App has more than 20 Forms and 19 of those have to submit individually in one or several sessions. Each Form has few Checkboxes which gives Yes or No responses.  App is some kind checking tool. It have list which shows how many Yes answers each Form gets.

My solution now is that Form name in that list changes its color when Form has one or more Yes answers. But it is possible, that Form will get no Yes answers.

Hope you had more details

Hi @Keijo ,

Edif form has a Valid property, from where you can get a true/false value if all the Data Card Values is required. So, all the required check boxes are not blank, Form.Valid = true, otherwise return false.

For your scenario, you can initialize a collection to include all the form names OnStart of App:

On the Gallery add a check box, Default set to:

unfortunately, I think, that Valid -property is not working in my scenario. Because end-user must have to save form also without any "Yes" -answers. That means "No" -answers are as important than "Yes"-answers. I tried to use Unsaved -property and add "saved"-column in Sharepoint, but it doesn't work either.  When saving in Power Apps Studio, I get notification that there is not connection to server!" Bug?
