Looking for help on how to search a name based on one of the options bellow.
Names written in my excel sheet is either "John Smith" or "Mike Harris (@LSA)"
My Formula I'm using below dose not work unfortunately :
EMP_NAME=AUTONAME.Text || EMP_NAME= AUTONAME.Text, " (@LSA)").FINAL_LOCATION)
I used the "or" function but shows a red line under the function
Any idea what im doing wrong?

Correct, Find will identify entries in your table that contain AUTONAME.TEXT in the EMP_NAME column, even if AUTONAME.TEXT would not contain (@SLA).
In the last reply, I've used the "in" operator instead of the "find" formula (because I don't know if your data source supports delegating find).
LookUp(Table1,AUTONAME.Text in EMP_NAME).FINAL_LOCATION
If you put that into your filter formula, it should work 🙂
Thanks so much for your help, Im going to get the employees to try the App an get back to you! But i have a feeling Its going to work, so excited!!!
Great to hear that, @Sahara22 🙂
If it works, could you please mark the reply as a solution so others can find it? Thanks 🙂
