How to make the form created by the employees go for confirmation to his manager / letter to Outlook?


I created a list in SharePoint.
To add data to the list, a form is created in Power Apps
(photo attached)
How to make the form leave for confirmation by a letter to Outlook to the head of the one who created it?

Please tell me how it can be done, I will be very grateful.
