How to move model driven apps back to solutions

Hi there

My model driven apps was created under left bar>Apps

All the entities of the apps are in the solutions.

How do I move it into solutions? I dont want to really create a new app in the solutions and start all the work again.

Make a solution

click add existing

select model driven app

select your app

when you add the app to the solution it should prompt you to add all of the entities, sitemap, dashboards and other components in your app to your solution
