I have created a PowerApp with multiple data entry fields, some of which are dropdown boxes. I am trying to pass these fields into an email using Flow, however if one of these dropdown boxes is left blank, the process errors out as it seems you cannot leave any fields blank when it goes through Flow. Is there a way around this?
According to your description, I created a flow to send an email which is triggered by a PowerApps button.
Then on the app, add the flow on a button control, the function I am using is: 'PowerApp->Sendanemail'.Run(Dropdown1.Selected.Value,Dropdown2.Selected.Value,Dropdown3.Selected.Value,Dropdown4.Selected.Value)
Not sure how the dropdown control on your side is left blank, I add several dropdown controls, set the Items property to something likes: ["","aa","bb"]
When click the button to run the flow, just make sure there is at least one value for the required fields, such as Subject and Body fields.
Please take it for a reference.
