How to pass the content of a gallery with checkbox into a form

Hello everybody,

I've got a gallery with a checkbox in it. On check, I want to store the name of the item in a form. So if i check multiple items, i want all of the names of the items to be stored in the same data card. I tried putting them all in a collection and get the content from the collection to the form but I didn't really know how to do it.

Does anybody know how to handle this problem?

Hi @katunar ,

Do you want to collect when the CheckBox seletected and then show it in one DataCard?

You can try the following workaround?I test as next:

Checkbox1.OnCheck:Collect(test1,ThisItem)

Checkbox1.OnUncheck:Remove(test1,ThisItem)

Then On the Edit Screen, add another DataCard, and then add one Data Table to show the collection.

DataTable1.Items:test1

Hope this could be helpful.

Best Regards.

Hello @v-yuxima-msft,

I somehow managed to do it. As you can see I collect the checked items and also store the recently checked item in a variable and display the variable on the next screen in a data card.

Do you know another way how to display it just like that? The main problem with this solution is that if you check, uncheck and then again check the same item, it is stored twice in the variable.

Hi @katunar ,

Just as the post , and as you say Check,UnCheck,Check. I can't reproduce the double stored data.
