How to print data from a Gallery in PowerApps

Hi everyone,

I would like to print data from a Gallery or table. 
I create an HTML Text.

is there a way to print from a button.

Hi @mahmouddahbour ,

Do you want to print your Gallery data into a file (e.g. PDF file) in your canvas app?

 

If you want to print your Gallery data into a file (e.g. PDF file) in your canvas app, I afraid that there is no direct way to achieve your needs. As an possible solution, I think the combination of Power Automate flow and Power Apps could achieve your needs. Please check and see if the following video could help in your scenario:

You could consider fire a Power Automate flow from your canvas app, and pass the generated HTML Text to your flow. Within your flow, generate a HTML file based on the passed HTML Text, then you could convert the HTML file into a PDF file using "Convert file" action of OneDrive connector.

 

If you want to export your Gallery table into a CSV file, please check and see if the following video could achieve your needs:
