How to read a csv file in PowerApps

Has anyone written a PowerApp to read a csv file and update SharePoint lists from the data read? I would love to see example code or any info on how to do this.

Thanks for your response. I already created a method using Power Automate/Apps combination. I'm looking for a PowerApps only method, which i hope would process faster than power automate only method.

Hmmm...
I can't find a sample, but maybe it is possible with PCF, custom code for custom connectors.
