How to remove characters in "date format"

Hello Looking for help how to remove characters in a "Date" tried using the "Left" function but it didn't work. I just need the time to display. Any help would be great!

 

Here's what I have: 

 

DateAdd(ThisItem.START_DT,TimeZoneOffset(Now()),Minutes)

 

This Outputs:

 

September 21, 2021 4:30AM

 

I just need the time, So looking for :

 

4:30 AM

 

Any Idea's how to do this?

If you just want to display the time element, the following should work:

Text(DateAdd(ThisItem.START_DT,TimeZoneOffset(Now()),Minutes), 
      DateTimeFormat.ShortTime
)
