How to send email with HtmlText comments?

Hello,

 

I have a text box in my canvas form that holds appended comments.

 

I followed this youtube tutorial from @Reza Dorrani:

I am wondering how I can email the latest appended comment from this text box via flow to the requester?

 

If anyone could held advise, that would be really useful.

Hi @sudosaurus ,

Instead of Using flow, you can directly send mail from the Power app Itself.

To send the mail from Power App you need to add the connector First as highlighted below in Red Color Box.

I want it to be sent from a Shared Mailbox rather than the person updating the comments box and the comment should be received in an HTML formatted email which as I understand can only be done via Flow as I have done for my other helpdesk emails.

Hi @sudosaurus,

 

I think this question is more related to MS Flow than PA, so you might want to ask it in a more suitable forum : https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/General-Power-Automate/bd-p/MPAForum .

Just please try to check your Power Automate - you should have new option in "Email with options" - when set to "Yes" it doesn't include html preview in email.

Yes , I agree with @K-A-R-L, this issue is related to the Power Automate group.

But, if you want to use the Send mail through shared Email then you need to configure the shared Email and select the shared email as a connection for the Send email action.
