How to set field value based on another field value

Hi,

This should be straight forward but I am not able to figure out, Can someone please help me with a simple formula/fx to copy a field value to another filed in the same form.

Report Title is a lookup column and i need this value to be filled in to the default title column
When the user fills in the form they will be filling out only the Report Title and the default title filed  is not visible ( It is set to false) in the form.

Title = DataCardValue1
Report Title = DataCardValue2

@Jean_9681 ,

Lookup fields contain two values (Value and Id), both from the second list being looked up. I normally suggest to people that unless you want to use them directly in SharePoint, you throw them away and simply use Text as they serve no purpose in Power Apps.

However the Update of the Data Card would be something like this

{
   Value:DataCard1.Text,
   Id:
   LookUp(
      OtherListName,
      FieldName=DataCard1.Text
   ).ID
)
