1. I believe the Azure Guest invite might have to be redeemed or they will not be successfully added as a guest user, just invited.

Was it redeemed?

By redeemed, it means after you added them as guest user they needed to check their email, click link, follow steps, say they want access, only then they will be added and not before that.

2. Check if they have Power Apps License as Per App or Per User. If it is Per App it is not compatible with cross tenant - only Per User License is compatible.

3.  Check also did you Share the actual Canvas App with them? You must share the Canvas App with them for this to work. If you share it with them their e-mail address should appear when you type it in - with (guest) in parentheses  - if it does not, check again if they were added correctly as guest user.

@sismail M365 Business Standard license  is not enough. The users will need to have a Per App or Per User license assigned either in their tenant or in your tenant.

1, Guest user didnt get any email. I have added them as guest in azure portal.

2, they have M365 Business Standard license. In the document from MS, they have mentioned power apps as their feature

3)I have added these guests as User in canvas power app.

Shermin

Hi,

User from another tenant can see the power apps and all background comes. but no data from sharepoint list eventhough they are added as contributers. What could be the reason.

regards,

Shermin
