How to show date only in PowerApps forms (remove the hours & minutes)

How can I show only the date in an inserted form within PowerApps?

I've down this before but my memory is failing me...

Assuming this is a SharePoint list backend, change the backend data type to Date Only. Then refresh the datasource in the form.
