How to submit new form to SharePoint and continue editing on next page

Hi Guys,

I'm building a form but I'm having issues with the following scenario.

I want to have a user complete a form that's spread over several pages with 'submit & continue' buttons throughout.

i.e. user starts a new blank form

Fills out section 1

Hits continue (which saves the form and moves the user to the 2nd form)

User fills out 2nd.

Submit & Continue etc.

The issue I'm having is setting the 'item' on the 2nd form so everything is saved onto the same line in SharePoint.

What would I bind this to?

Many thanks

Managed to work this out using the .LastSubmit function.

Thanks
