How to track the number of times an Item has been View Powerapps Custom List

i have a list of about 600 items and will like to keep count of the number of times each item has been viewed. also i would like to know the weekly, monthly or yearly count.

Should i be storing these count values in a different list or the same list?
what happens when two people view the item at the same time and the update crashes because update can only happen once at a time from one individual?

Should i do this with power automate?

just asking for ideas to best approach this problem
