How to uncheck a checkbox through reset

Hi, Any help would be appreciated.

I have added "a Checkbox" on the screen, I want to reset it by clicking on the reset icon.
Exactly,I have implemented for Textinputboxes, which are getting reset (if not saved), but the checkbox is not getting unchecked.

Code details below:

onselect of the icon : Set(resetTextInputs, true); Set(resetTextInputs, false);
& Reset prop of the textinputbox:  resetTextInputs

Regards,

Nandan

Hi@NandanBrahma,

Based on the issue you mentioned, you want to reset both CheckBox and TextInput when you click the reset button.

I think you are almost seeing the light based on the formula you provided. You have already set the variable successfully, however, you should set the Reset property of the CheckBox, too. Your original formula only reset the TexInputbox.

Please modify your formula as below:

  • Set your reset icon OnSelect property as before:

 Set(resetTextInputs, true); Set(resetTextInputs, false)

  • Set your TextInput Reset property as before:

resetTextInputs

  • Set your CheckBox Reset property as below:

resetTextInputs

Note: The third point is the key.

Just in case, if my assumption is wrong, that means you have set the Reset property of CheckBox. Please provide some error reporting information.

Best Regards,

Qi Qiao

You can separate the Variables into two.

Onvisible of the screen;

Set(resetTextInputs, false)

OnSelect of the button;

Set(resetTextInputs, true)

Reset of the Checkbox:

 resetTextInputs

Hi,

Use the "Reset" function, write the formula Reset(Checkbox1) on "OnSelect" property.
