Http action error while calling the Swagger documented Custom API

We are using custom API in one of our PowerApp and sometimes while performing an action, the PowerApp shows an HTTP error (Request is invalid). Most of the times, the app works smoothly with the API calls. Could you please help us in letting know the reason for the issue. Do we need to call the API in any other approach?


FYI: There is no change to the API and the app never shows error to me(developer). The error is sporadically coming for the users with whom the App and API is shared.

Could you get more details about the issue? As this issue could be coming from the API itself, the APIM proxy (aka API Hub), or it could be failing in the client for some reason.

The API is AAD authenticated and it works properly for most of the users. But sometimes, we are seeing the Http Error while performing some action i.e. calling the API from the PA client.


Is there any retry mechanism in which we could call the API again from the PA client incase of similar errors?
