I can't import a component library into a Canvas App

I have created a component library and published it as can be seen below:

When I try to import it into the Canvas App by going to 'components' ---> 'import components', I get the following:

"There aren't any apps with components in this environment. Try creating an app with components."

I just realised I was supposed to click on the '+' icon and then navigate to 'get more components'.
