I cannot sign in using my work account.
I have requested the free trial, confirm the account, but it is not possible to sign in on power apps.

I'd suggest that you raise a support ticket by clicking the 'Create support ticket' button on the following page, as you'll be more likely to receive a response that's specific to your account.

@dianagonzalez Agree with Tim. Please raise a ticket to Microsoft Support to check their backend telemetry to figure out the reason.

I'm also getting the exact same issue, though, so it might actually be something that a few people are experiencing.

I wanted to setup my CDS (I checked my licences, yes), and was trying to get to PA to do it, and I just keep getting bounced out.

@dianagonzalez , are you using nuEdge (the chromium one)? I am (latest vers), I wonder if it's browser or cookie related?

Separate post as I might have a fix for you, @dianagonzalez ... *two* possible fixes, actually.

First fix is: Check your cookie policies

Microsoft runs about a billion required cookies to use the service, I had to whitelist a ton.

Second fix is: You may not yet have your Common Data Service (CDS).

Every Office tenant *should* (I think - don't quote me on that!) get one CDS, to manage the average data that your Power Apps will use and abuse on a daily basis.

In order to set it up, you might just want to take a quick read of this document:

Otherwise, feel free to try what worked for me (which it turns out is in the above guide😞

1. Head to https://admin.powerapps.com/ (not the admin.powerplatform one)
2. Go to "Environments" (it's the first option on the left)
3. Select the environment that you are using or will use.
4. Select "Create a database", and select your currency and language, then click "Create my database"

It could take a hot second to get going, but it should then give you a Power Apps environment to use. 🙂

Basically, I knew I didn't have a CDS, it was the whole reason I was trying to sort stuff out because I needed Business Process Flows in Power Automate. ANYWAY, I found that I could create one in the Admin console, despite not being able to access the service.

I think that the service will not run at all without a CDS.
