What is the control type for DataCardValue3? DataCardValue3.SearchText refers to a combobox searched value, if you want to have a Text Input from the user, you need to add a Text Input control in your data card. By default, it doesn't allows to add controls in a data card, you need to unlock properties from the right menu.

So, suppose a TextInput control is added with name "TextInput1", then your formula will get modified to :
Launch("mailto:" & TextInput3.Text & "?subject=" & TextInput1.Text)

or else, if you want to use the value selected from the combobox item:
Launch("mailto:" & TextInput3.Text & "?subject=" & Text(DataCardValue3.Selected.Result))

Here, if your attribute name is not Result, then you need to replace Result with the actual attribute that you want to pass.

Hope this Helps!
