If condition not matching, displaying only else condition - Urgent Request

This is the formula I am using:

If(ComboBox3.Selected.Technology= "Personnel ES", PROP_REV.Text, PROP_REV_NOPERSO.Text)

ComboBox3.Selected.Technology is basically I dropdown

PROP_REV.Text and  PROP_REV_NOPERSO.Text are calculated fields

If I choose  "Personnel ES" from the dropdown it still displays PROP_REV_NOPERSO.Text but it should display PROP_REV.Text

Please help!!

To help troubleshoot, put ComboBox3.Selected.Technology in the Text property of a label to see what's really there.

Hi @akkipillai16 ,

I would suggest you re-check your spelling between "Personnel ES" and the same selection inside your combo box. Make sure there are no space or case-sensitive issue.
