If image not found use some generic one

Hi,

I have a SP List with two fields. customer name and logo

In powerapps I want it to try to find a client and use it's logo for the image or use a generic one.

This works to find a client and use it's logo

LookUp(Clients, Client = ThisItem.Client, 'Client Logo')

But I cannot figure out the if so if not found use generic.

I have tried multiple things like:
If(IsBlank(LookUp(Clients, Client = ThisItem.Client, 'Client Logo')),true,false)

But says that the formula used is not presently supported for evaluation?

hat does that mean.

How do I get an image field to use a generic image if another cant be found?

Thanks,
terry

Re: If image not found use some generic one

Hi @Mattw112IG ,

Could you please share a bit more about the 'Client Logo' field in your Clients List? Is it a Image Type field?

Based on the formula that you mentioned, I think there is something wrong with it. Please set the Image property of Image control within the Gallery to following:

If(
   IsBlank(LookUp(Clients, Client = ThisItem.Client, 'Client Logo')),
SampleImage, // You could change this SampleImage to your generic one
   LookUp(Clients, Client = ThisItem.Client, 'Client Logo')
)

Please take a try with above solution, check if the issue is solved.

Re: If image not found use some generic one

You could try:

Coalesce(LookUp(Clients, Client = ThisItem.Client).'Client Logo',SampleImage)
