Sure thing...you can certainly use both lookups in your Visible property.

Unfortunately, I am not completely following what your condition is.  It seemed at first that you were saying two value in the "EXCESSÕES" list, but then your photo seems to indicate a value in "EXCESSÕES" and a value in Cliente.

So...I'll give a generic scenario.

Visible property:

(IsBlank(Lookup(Cliente, ID=someIDReference, ID)) || IsBlank(Lookup("EXCESSÕES", ID=someIDReference, ID))

If there is a value in Cliente, the IsBlank will return false.

If there is a value in "EXCESSÕES", the IsBlank will return false.

We OR (||) the two together and in order for Visible to be true:

    Visible            Cliente Lookup           EXCESSÕES Lookup

        T                          T                                      T

        T                          F                                      T

        T                          T                                      F

        F                          F                                      F

I hope this is helpful for you.
